This Associate Director role within National Markets - CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership is instrumental in driving revenue growth by supporting account teams and enhancing client service delivery.

The National Markets team operates across various industries, offering a broad and enriching experience. Our CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership unit specifically focuses on supporting revenue generation through an account-centric approach. We work to understand client businesses deeply, aligning our services across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax to address their most critical challenges.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new alliance partners by managing legal independence and developing business cases with sponsoring partners. You will track firmwide alliance opportunities, pipelines, and wins, while refining alliance strategies and developing actionable plans. Serve as a central point of contact for joint marketing campaigns and client events involving EY marketing, product implementation teams, and alliance partners. Review and track solutioning campaigns across priority sectors and alliance priorities. Additionally, collaborate with EY India and global finance teams to manage and report on global alliance dashboards.

Essential knowledge includes EY CRM, EY Mercury, India QRM & Independence policies, basics of EY Contracting Process (Engagement Letters & MSAs), and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI technologies.

To excel in this role, you need a minimum of 10 years of experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential.
