This role, Associate Director - Markets, is integral to our National Markets team, supporting sector-agnostic initiatives and providing a well-rounded experience. Specifically, within the CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership vertical, you will enhance our account-centric approach to client service. We aim to understand client needs deeply, providing tools and support to align our services and solutions with their most critical challenges across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax.

Our Markets team, comprising Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC), drives revenue growth by equipping account teams with essential support. By implementing EY methodologies and leveraging strategic programs, we ensure rigor in engagements. Accessing the latest EY insights and client conversation tools enables us to foster more meaningful discussions and create additional value for our clients.

Drive business development and client engagement initiatives within the Markets team, focusing on the CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership vertical.

Onboard new alliance partners by navigating legal independence and global alliance teams to build business cases and establish alliance objectives.

Track firmwide alliance opportunities, pipeline, and sales wins, while refining alliance strategies and developing action plans.

Act as a central point of contact between EY marketing, product implementation teams, and alliances for joint marketing campaigns and client events.

Review and monitor solutioning campaigns across EY priority sectors and alliance partners' priorities.

Collaborate with EY India and global finance teams to track and report on global alliance dashboards.

Possess a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.

Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience to the role.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Exhibit a practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.

Familiarity with EY CRM, EY Mercury, India QRM & Independence policies, and the basics of EY Contracting Process (Engagement Letters & MSAs) is essential.
