As an Associate Director in our Valuations team, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently exceeding expectations. Your role will involve identifying new business development opportunities both internally and within the market. You will develop and meticulously review valuation models of varying complexities for diverse entities across numerous industries.

Collaborate within a team environment to analyze client challenges and formulate effective solutions. Prioritize objectives, manage project execution, and provide clear status reporting. Guide, supervise, and review the work of junior team members. Develop assignment budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery against these benchmarks. Maintain a sharp focus on key priorities to guarantee smooth service delivery within designated competencies and geographical areas. Manage client relationships diligently, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

To excel in this role, your competencies should encompass the broad spectrum of business modeling services, drawing upon your professional background and skills. A strong academic foundation is preferred, ideally with a Master's Degree in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, or another pertinent qualification such as CA, CWA, MBA, CFA, or CPA.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in financial modeling. Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential, complemented by strong mathematical and quantitative skills. Additional technical analytical skills, including Excel VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Power Query, would be advantageous.

Knowledge of Monte Carlo Simulation techniques, Indian accounting standards, IFRS, or US GAAP is beneficial. Experience with valuation tools like Bloomberg and financial research portals is also a plus. Strong conceptualization abilities, transforming plans into actionable strategies, are crucial.
