As an Associate Director within our Valuations team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities internally and in the market. - Developing and meticulously reviewing valuation models for various entities and industries. - Collaborating with teams to analyze client challenges and propose effective solutions. - Prioritizing tasks, managing project execution, and reporting on progress. - Guiding, supervising, and reviewing the work of junior team members. - Creating and managing assignment budgets and timelines, ensuring timely delivery. - Focusing the team on key objectives and ensuring seamless service delivery within defined areas. - Managing client relationships and ensuring the quality of deliverables. - Actively contributing to advisory services for high-growth organizations. - Seeking opportunities for collaboration with other functions and service lines.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in business modeling services, complemented by your professional background and skills.

Essential qualifications include: - Academic achievements, preferably with a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field (e.g., CA, CWA, MBA, CFA, CPA). - A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in financial modeling. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, with additional technical analytical skills such as Excel VBA, Power BI, SQL, or Power Query being highly advantageous. - Solid understanding of advanced Excel techniques, coupled with strong mathematical and quantitative capabilities.

Beneficial proficiencies include: - Familiarity with Monte Carlo Simulation techniques. - Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, or US GAAP. - Experience utilizing valuation tools like Bloomberg and financial research portals. - Strong conceptualization abilities and the capacity to translate plans into actionable strategies. - Demonstrated interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and a diligent focus on client needs. - A strong commitment to professional excellence and client service. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience in external consulting or advisory roles is a significant advantage.
