You will collaborate closely with Talent Advisors and business leaders to refine performance management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will directly enhance employee experiences and talent outcomes.

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals. Design and deliver impactful training programs, workshops, and learning journeys for all employee levels. Partner with business heads to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and create targeted development programs. Integrate e-learning platforms and LMS to build innovative, accessible learning solutions. Focus on talent development and employee engagement, linking learning directly to career progression. Manage training budgets effectively and monitor program success through data and feedback. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead multiple L&D projects simultaneously and utilize data analytics for strategic insights.
