As a Senior Manager within our Global Business Tax Team, you will cultivate strong professional relationships and exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all tax advisory engagements and delivering expert opinions, short notes, and email responses on client tax matters. - Managing tax compliance activities such as tax return filings, withholding tax statements, advance tax provisions, and other tax filings. - Leading tax assessment and litigation proceedings, including reviewing responses to audit notices and representing clients before tax authorities. - Training and mentoring managers and executives to strengthen the team's capabilities and professional development. - Facilitating client access to tax technology assets through licensing or managed services. - Managing internal client codes for time logging, invoicing, and collections. - Driving business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. - Contributing to firm eminence through participation in events and speaking engagements. - Aligning with the firm’s core tax growth strategies and contributing to thought leadership.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with the following qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of experience in Direct Taxation. - Demonstrated strong technical knowledge in income tax laws. - Excellent analytical skills and conceptual clarity. - Innovative thinking coupled with an eye for market trends. - Effective communication and presentation abilities. - Proven skills in time and cost management. - Experience in managing and leading a team. - Ability to mentor other professionals.
