This is a strategic leadership position focused on enhancing our operational framework, systems, processes, and teams. You will play a key role in modernizing Global Real Estate Services through advanced technologies, AI, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the global operational strategy and execution for EY's extensive real estate portfolio, establishing consistent operating standards and governance.

Develop and deliver robust operational reporting, providing executive-level insights and supporting data-driven strategic decisions.

Oversee key operational platforms, ensuring data integrity and effective system support for business objectives.

Manage the global RES operating budget, driving cost optimization while maintaining high service quality.

Provide operational oversight for third-party service providers, ensuring strong partnerships and adherence to SLAs.

Lead and develop a globally distributed operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, workplace services, facilities management, or operations management is essential.

At least 5 years of leadership experience managing regional or global teams is necessary.

Proven experience operating within multinational, matrixed organizations and leading large-scale transformation initiatives is crucial.

Familiarity with enterprise platforms like TRIRIGA, SAP, or Ariba, along with strong financial planning and budgeting skills, is expected.
