Join a leading technology and transformation practice as an Associate Director specializing in Generative AI. As part of a global network, you'll leverage vast amounts of data to provide strategic guidance and implementation services. Your expertise will help companies manage complex data landscapes, converting information into actionable insights for fact-driven decision-making and achieving an insight-driven advantage. The practice focuses on business intelligence, data management, performance management, and advanced analytics including big data, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing AI-led QE solutions and accelerators tailored for client programs. You will establish robust frameworks for prompt testing, response validation, and comprehensive AI model evaluation. Furthermore, you will drive AI-driven automation, encompassing test generation, optimization, and execution.

This role also involves supporting large deal pursuits by providing critical solutioning and architecture inputs. You will mentor teams, fostering the adoption of AI tools and best practices, while ensuring the efficient reuse of assets across various programs. Hands-on experience with Generative AI use cases in testing is essential.

The ideal candidate possesses 12-15 years of experience in Quality Engineering with a proven track record in solutioning. Essential skills include hands-on experience with Generative AI use cases in testing and a strong understanding of evaluation tools such as DeepEval and Langfuse, alongside prompt testing frameworks. Significant experience in delivery and stakeholder management is also required.

We are looking for individuals who can design AI-led QE solutions, implement frameworks for prompt testing and AI model evaluation, and enable AI-driven automation. The ability to support large deals with solutioning and architecture is crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory for this position.
