We seek a strategic leader to shape the future of Global Business Services (GBS), aligning them with overarching enterprise transformation goals. Your expertise will be crucial in developing robust business cases, optimizing operating models, and leading complex transition programs.
If you are a visionary leader passionate about driving significant business change and possess a deep understanding of shared services and finance transformation, we encourage you to apply. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact within a leading global organization.
Lead the development of GBS strategies and compelling business cases that align with enterprise transformation objectives. This includes crafting investment-grade value propositions addressing cost, productivity, talent, risk, and scalability.
Design and implement future-ready Target Operating Models (TOMs) for GBS, encompassing governance, hybrid sourcing strategies, and capability-led delivery. Empower clients to evolve from transactional shared services to capability-driven, operate-ready GBS environments.
Drive end-to-end GBS and outsourcing transitions and expansions across critical functions like Finance, HR, and IT. Oversee knowledge transfer, stabilization, and performance management to ensure sustained operational excellence post-transition.
Integrate digital solutions, process mining, BI, and advanced analytics into GBS designs and performance frameworks. Partner with digital, AI, and cloud teams to automate service delivery, enable insight-driven decision-making, and implement AI-enabled GBS operating models.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior global stakeholders, leading change management initiatives across diverse geographies, cultures, and functions. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to drive adoption of new operating models and digital capabilities.
A minimum of 9 years of experience in consulting or transformation roles is required. A Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 college or Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, with a Master's or MBA degree being preferred.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end GCC programs is a must, encompassing strategy development, operating model design, transition, scale-up, and ongoing operations. Deep expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, and service delivery models is also critical.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional GCC transitions across corporate functions, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills for engaging C-suite and global leadership. You should excel in working across multiple functions, service lines, and geographies within a global consulting environment.
A solid understanding of location strategy, workforce planning, and investment modeling is expected. Experience managing large teams (20+ members) on complex transformation programs and contributing to business development, including RFPs, solutioning, and deal support, is also required.
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is necessary. Experience in executing technology-led transformation programs and the ability to develop point-of-views and support thought leadership are highly valued. Expertise in shared services functions such as Finance, HR, or Procurement, and exposure to vendor management strategy, are advantageous.
