This Associate Director role within Global Business Services (GBS) in Delhi focuses on driving significant Finance Transformation initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing GBS strategies, ensuring functional excellence and enabling innovation for long-term growth. This position offers a dynamic environment to lead impactful consulting engagements and contribute to the strategic evolution of enterprise technology and services.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing consulting engagements focused on GBS strategy and design. You will oversee the end-to-end setup, transition, and scaling of GCC organizations, ensuring robust methodologies are applied to minimize disruption. Additionally, provide expertise in sourcing strategy, vendor management, and outsourcing decisions. Drive transformation programs within functional domains like Finance, IT, HR, or R&D, and spearhead process re-engineering and digital transformation, including AI/GenAI use cases.

Effectively manage relationships with C-suite and senior executives, facilitating complex decisions and ensuring program goal alignment. Lead and mentor project teams, focusing on quality delivery, performance management, and professional development. Support business development by contributing to proposal development, identifying new opportunities, and fostering thought leadership within the practice.

A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in GBS/GCC advisory, Finance Transformation, or large-scale operational/digital strategy is essential. Prior experience in a consulting firm is mandatory, preferably from a Big 4, Accenture Strategy, Alvarez & Marsal, Everest Group, or a similar strategic environment. Demonstrated proficiency and project experience in one or more core corporate functions such as Finance, IT, HR, or R&D is required. Deep expertise in the GBS lifecycle, encompassing operating model design, transition methodologies, sourcing/outsourcing, and cost optimization, is crucial.

An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a premier institution is a prerequisite for this role. Preferred skills include experience with advanced frameworks like Agile or SAFe, enterprise architecture, and a proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a global delivery model. Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, portfolio optimization, and performance metric analysis, will be highly valued.
