Lead and execute consulting engagements focused on GBS Strategy & Design. Oversee the end-to-end setup, transition, and scaling of GCC organizations, ensuring smooth implementation through robust methodologies. Provide deep expertise in sourcing strategy, vendor management, and outsourcing to meet business objectives.

Drive transformation programs across key functional domains like Finance, IT, and HR. Spearhead re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives, including AI/GenAI use cases and system implementations, to boost operational efficiency. Manage senior stakeholder relationships, facilitate decision-making, and ensure program goal alignment. Lead and mentor project teams, focusing on quality delivery and professional development. Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to practice growth.

A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in GBS/GCC advisory, Finance Transformation, or large-scale operational/digital strategy is essential. Prior experience within a consulting firm, preferably a Big 4, Accenture Strategy, Alvarez & Marsal, or Everest Group, is a mandatory requirement.

Demonstrated proficiency and project experience in core corporate functions such as Finance, IT, or HR are crucial. Deep expertise in the GBS lifecycle, including operating model design, transition methodologies, sourcing/outsourcing, and cost optimization, is expected. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a premier institution is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with advanced frameworks like Agile or SAFe, enterprise architecture, leading large cross-functional teams in a global delivery model, and strong analytical skills including financial modeling and performance metric analysis.
