Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective project execution. Provide technical guidance, foster professional growth, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and resources efficiently. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, upholding coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant qualification like BE/B.Tech/MCA is required. We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT). Expertise in middleware technologies, OIC, SOA Suite (11g/12c), and MFT is crucial.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OIC, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c is essential. Proficiency in MFT, OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and SSL is necessary. Experience with cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integrations, along with data integration solutions (SOAP, REST, XML/JSON/XQuery/XSLT), is expected. Familiarity with SOA Composites, JCA Adapters, Oracle Database, SQL, Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, Oracle MDS, JDeveloper, Data Access Architecture, and Oracle WebLogic is advantageous. Working knowledge of Agile environments and full software development lifecycle is a must. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are critical.
