Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledgers.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and lead solution design sessions with key stakeholders.

Translate intricate business needs into precise functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle.

Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities across various modules and external systems.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads.

Ensure project deliverables are met, maintaining alignment with timeline, scope, and stringent quality standards.

Serve as the primary client contact for all finance functional matters, fostering strong relationships.

Provide essential post-go-live support, efficiently resolve issues, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX regulations, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including at least three full Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrated experience in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Exhibit strong functional expertise across core Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Showcase a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP.

Experience in setting up Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is essential.

Proven track record with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover planning, and Post-Go-Live Support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
