Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director, leading impactful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology.

Spearhead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, encompassing GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledger modules. Facilitate requirement workshops and design sessions with stakeholders, translating business needs into functional specifications.

Lead a team of functional consultants through all project phases, from design to deployment. Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and testing. Serve as the primary client contact for finance functional matters and ensure successful post-go-live support.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years in Oracle Financials, including at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is essential.

Proficiency in financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is necessary. Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is vital. Proven success in data migration, functional testing, cutover, and post-go-live support, coupled with excellent communication skills, is expected.
