Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director specializing in Fusion Financials. This role is critical for driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology division. You will be instrumental in leveraging Oracle ERP to optimize financial operations and support long-term growth strategies.

This position offers a significant opportunity to make a substantial impact on our financial systems and processes. We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and its core finance modules.

Spearhead end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP, guiding projects from conception to successful deployment. Oversee application maintenance and support initiatives, ensuring optimal system performance. Develop comprehensive design documents and detailed process flows to guide system enhancements and integrations.

Manage customizations, including functional design and rigorous testing phases (functional unit testing, SIT, UAT). Create insightful OTBI reports for enhanced financial visibility and perform data conversions using FBDI in Oracle Cloud ERP.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 6 years specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud. Proven expertise in core Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Taxation is essential. Deep understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report business cycles is required.

Possess strong accounting acumen for both financial accounting and reporting. Experience with at least 2-3 full Oracle ERP implementations and application maintenance/support projects is necessary. Demonstrated ability to write design documents, create process flows, and manage customizations is key. Proficiency in writing test scripts for Unit testing, SIT, and UAT, along with experience in OTBI report creation and FBDI data conversions, is expected. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
