Lead Oracle Fusion Financials transformation initiatives, providing functional expertise across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and i-Expense.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership, assessing current finance processes and charting technology-driven transformation roadmaps.
Take ownership of the finance solution strategy, functional architecture, and design governance to ensure end-to-end solution integrity in complex programs.
Drive business process assessments, requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, and the adoption of Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with integration, technical, data migration, reporting, and security teams to design comprehensive finance solutions.
Oversee configuration, data migration (including FBDI), testing, deployment, and production readiness, ensuring alignment with the approved solution design.
Develop strategies and operating models that enhance client efficiency, growth, and profitability.
Lead solution demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), proposal development, RFP responses, effort estimation, and commercial solutioning.
Contribute to account growth by identifying new opportunities and Oracle Cloud adoption initiatives.
Manage senior client relationships, project governance, escalations, and executive communications.
Mentor finance functional teams, establish delivery standards, and build reusable methodologies.
Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion capabilities, emerging technologies, and finance industry trends to drive innovation.
Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion Financials, with substantial experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
Possess expert-level functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Close.
Proven experience in finance process transformation, solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and Oracle Cloud solution design is essential.
Solid understanding of data migration strategies, FBDI, integrations, and collaboration with technical teams is required.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and demonstrable business value is crucial.
Excellent client interfacing and executive stakeholder management capabilities are necessary.
Experience in project/team management, delivery governance, financial management, and commercial models is expected.
Familiarity with pre-sales activities, proposals, RFPs, effort estimation, and solution development is required.
Exposure to specific industry domains and an understanding of industry-specific finance processes are beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
Awareness of the Oracle Cloud roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends is important.
