Join our Enterprise Technology team as an Associate Director, where you will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation. This role focuses on leading Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams, contributing to the engine that powers our long-term growth. We seek a dynamic individual to manage end-to-end delivery activities and ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams across key modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Manage the complete project delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, rigorous testing, and final deployment.

Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables closely, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and maintaining high-quality standards.

Proactively identify potential delivery risks and issues, escalate them promptly to the relevant stakeholders, and drive effective resolution strategies.

Provide crucial support for release planning, manage cutover activities seamlessly, and ensure successful post-go-live stabilization.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Applications is essential.

Demonstrate strong, hands-on expertise within Oracle Fusion Financials, covering GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules.

Proven experience in leading Finance workstreams and effectively managing delivery teams to achieve project objectives.

Possess a solid understanding of the full project delivery lifecycle, including comprehensive testing methodologies and deployment processes.

Previous experience working within a global delivery or offshore model is highly advantageous.
