Seeking an accomplished Associate Director specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials to spearhead finance transformation initiatives. Lead Oracle Fusion Financials transformation journeys, providing expert functional guidance on GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Expenses. Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership, evaluating current finance processes and designing future-state roadmaps and technology solutions. Define the finance solution strategy, architectural integrity, design governance, and overall solution quality for intricate programs. Conduct business process assessments, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, optimize processes, and ensure the adoption of Oracle best practices. Collaborate with integration, technical, data migration, reporting, security, and other Oracle Cloud teams to drive finance solution design. Oversee configuration, data migration (including FBDI), testing, deployment, and production readiness, ensuring alignment with the approved solution design. Develop value-driven strategies and operating models to boost client efficiency, growth, and profitability. Lead solution demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, proposals, RFP responses, effort estimations, and commercial strategy development. Contribute to account expansion by identifying new opportunities and Oracle Cloud adoption prospects within existing and new client accounts. Manage senior client relationships, project governance, escalations, and executive communications. Mentor finance functional teams, establish delivery standards, and cultivate reusable methodologies and accelerators. Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion capabilities, emerging technologies, finance industry trends, and evolving business models to foster innovation. Ensure robust project governance, effective change management, financial oversight, and high-quality delivery across all engagements.

Possess over 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion Financials, with substantial leadership in large-scale finance transformation programs. Demonstrate expert-level functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax modules. Exhibit a strong comprehension of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Close processes. Proven track record in finance process transformation, solution architecture, fit-gap assessment, and Oracle Cloud solution design. Solid understanding of data migration strategies, FBDI, integrations, reporting mechanisms, and effective collaboration with technical teams. Showcase the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative, scalable technology solutions that deliver tangible business value. Possess exceptional client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience in project and team management, delivery governance, financial oversight, and commercial/pricing models is essential. Proficiency in pre-sales activities, proposal development, RFP responses, effort estimation, and solution creation. Exposure to one or more industry domains and an understanding of industry-specific finance processes are advantageous. Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are required.
