We are seeking a strategic leader to guide our clients through their Oracle Cloud Finance journey. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-impact solutions that foster long-term growth and efficiency.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledgers. Facilitate critical business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders, translating their needs into functional specifications and configuring Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases. Oversee vital integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems. Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance functional matters and provide essential post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations. Ensure all solutions comply with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. Extensive Oracle Financials experience, including a minimum of five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, is essential. You must possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is expected.

Demonstrated experience in setting up COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is crucial. Proven success with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and client interaction.
