We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead critical Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial strategies and drive impactful project outcomes within a dynamic consulting environment.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledgers. Facilitate business requirement workshops and design sessions with stakeholders, translating needs into functional specifications. Configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules and manage a team of functional consultants through all project phases.

Oversee integration, data migration, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary client contact for finance-related matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolve issues, and recommend continuous improvements, ensuring compliance with business processes and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, complemented by a minimum of 10 years in Oracle Financials, including at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, SLA) is essential.

Strong understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is crucial. Proven experience in COA design, legal entity setup, and Oracle Cloud ledger configuration is necessary. Experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is a must. Excellent communication skills are also vital for this role.
