Seeking a highly accomplished Sr. Test Manager to spearhead end-to-end Quality Engineering for complex enterprise programs. This role is crucial for driving quality transformation, scaling delivery models, and aligning testing strategies with business goals.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in functional, non-functional, automation, and performance testing, ensuring high standards of quality across the organization.

Key responsibilities include defining enterprise-level Test Strategy and Quality Roadmaps, establishing robust governance models, and driving Shift-Left/Shift-Right quality practices. The role also involves leading large cross-functional QA teams (20-100+ members), managing distributed delivery models, and overseeing automation frameworks. Additionally, you will own performance strategy, define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), and act as the single point of accountability for Quality with stakeholders across business, architecture, and DevOps teams.

Candidates must possess 16-20 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with proven leadership of large-scale enterprise programs. Essential technical skills include proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca, performance tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter, and API testing tools like Postman. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and test management tools (JIRA, ALM) is also required. Experience in BFSI, Telecom, or Oil & Gas sectors is preferred. An educational background of BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, EEE, or Electronics is mandatory.
