Lead comprehensive Quality Engineering initiatives for enterprise-level programs. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in functional, non-functional, automation, and performance testing. You will be instrumental in transforming quality delivery models and aligning testing strategies with overarching business objectives.

As an Associate Director or Senior Manager, you will champion quality across complex projects, ensuring robust testing practices and scalable QE delivery. The position requires a proactive approach to driving quality excellence and fostering innovation within the engineering teams.

Define and execute the enterprise Test Strategy and Quality Roadmap, establishing governance for SIT, UAT, Regression, and NFT. Drive Shift-Left and Shift-Right QE practices, owning quality gates and release sign-offs. Lead large QA teams (20-100+), manage multi-vendor and distributed delivery, and oversee estimations and capacity planning.

Oversee automation frameworks, improve regression efficiency via CI/CD, and establish traceability and quality dashboards. Manage performance testing strategies, define NFRs, and ensure alignment with production monitoring. Act as the primary point of accountability for Quality, collaborating with Business, Architecture, DevOps, and Infra teams, and lead UAT governance. Implement QE maturity models and explore AI-enabled testing solutions.

A minimum of 12–20 years of experience in Quality Engineering is essential, with a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise programs. Experience in BFSI, Telecom, or Oil & Gas sectors is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, EEE, or Electronics is mandatory.

Key technical skills include expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca, alongside performance testing tools. Proficiency in CI/CD, test management tools, and familiarity with cloud platforms are highly valued. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills are crucial for influencing senior stakeholders and driving quality as a business enabler.
