As an Associate Director, you will lead large-scale transformations and complex, cross-functional engagements. You will advise clients on developing strategies and capabilities that enhance enterprise-wide decision-making, optimize finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include leading solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality within defined timelines and budgets. You will engage directly with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and challenges, presenting complex concepts as clear, actionable strategies.

Furthermore, you will drive business development by leading RFP and proposal preparation, cultivating client relationships for repeat business, and managing project financials. A significant part of this role involves leading and inspiring a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting professional development.

Candidates should be CA Qualified (1st Attempt preferred) with strong articleship experience, or possess an MBA from a premium institute, or hold professional certifications like CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.

We require 8-12 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or industry roles, with post-qualification experience being a strong preference. Prior experience in managing end-to-end client engagements, programs, and teams is essential.

Essential skills include the ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling arguments for change, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is expected, and working knowledge of digital finance technologies is advantageous. Willingness to travel as per project needs is also required.
