Drive significant Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs, overseeing implementation, rollout, support, and optimization efforts. Engage in strategic discussions with business leaders to advance finance transformation, refine processes, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
Provide comprehensive functional leadership across key Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). Lead architectural discussions, business process design, governance, risk management, and delivery planning for intricate Oracle Cloud engagements.
Collaborate closely with business, functional, technical, reporting, and integration teams to ensure scalable enterprise solutions. These solutions must align with organizational goals and adhere to Oracle best practices. Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployment, hypercare support, and issue resolution across various programs.
Manage senior client stakeholders, project governance forums, and escalations, ensuring high delivery quality and overall client satisfaction. Drive practice development through presales support, solution estimation, proposal management, and team mentoring. Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee SIT/UAT execution, production deployment, hypercare support, and issue resolution activities across programs. Manage senior client stakeholders, project governance forums, escalation management, delivery quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
Drive practice development initiatives including presales support, solution estimation, proposal management, capability building, and mentoring of consulting teams. Lead and manage onsite/offshore delivery teams while ensuring successful project execution within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot complex environment issues, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and implementing quick, effective resolutions for payload errors or performance bottlenecks.
Possess 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs. Demonstrate robust expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Financial Reporting, and related finance business processes.
Extensive experience in finance transformation, enterprise solution architecture, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and large program management is essential. A strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise finance operations is required.
Experience with integrations, reporting, data migration, and cross-functional process integration with Procurement, Projects, SCM, and other Oracle Cloud modules is preferred. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Experience managing global delivery models, client escalations, and strategic transformation initiatives is valuable. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and project collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or related technical fields. A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is mandatory. Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XQuery, and XSLT is crucial.
A strong background in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and developing applications using Oracle APEX and VBCS is expected. Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS data loading frameworks such as FBDI and HDL, along with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI), is necessary. Comfort working in fast-paced Agile environments with a clear grasp of DevOps/DevSecOps tools and pipelines is required.
