Act as a Finance Change BA, driving key aspects of finance transformation projects, including the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).

Prepare comprehensive test cases and execute various testing cycles, such as Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Develop and manage the preparation of weekly and monthly reports to support departmental and business requirements, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights.

Collaborate closely with front office, risk, and operations teams to address and resolve transaction discrepancies, ensuring the complete and accurate booking of all financial activities.

Execute controls testing, design, and implementation testing, as well as operating effectiveness testing for diverse finance processes, ensuring compliance and integrity.

Demonstrate substantial experience in finance transformation programs, including ERP implementations, system migrations, and automation initiatives.

Possess a strong background in preparing and analyzing standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP standards.

Showcase proven experience in performing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across subledger, general ledger, and upstream systems to maintain financial data accuracy and completeness.

Conduct thorough balance sheet substantiation, including suspense account reviews, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations, upholding internal policies and data integrity.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proficiency in preparing and presenting verbal and written reports, presentations, and recommendations.
