Join our dynamic Financial Services team as an Associate Director in Hyderabad, focusing on critical Finance Transformation and Strategy initiatives. This role is integral to enhancing enterprise technology, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation for long-term growth within the finance domain.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute to large-scale transformation programs. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring seamless financial operations and strategic advancements.

In this role, you will act as a Finance Change Business Analyst, meticulously documenting business requirements (BRD, FRD) and articulating assumptions, interpretations, and data needs for complex transformation projects. You will be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies, preparing test cases, and executing various testing phases, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Your responsibilities will also include preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and performing controls testing. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and front office teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, resolve discrepancies, and support departmental needs through comprehensive reporting.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in finance transformation programs, such as ERP implementations or automation initiatives. Proven experience in preparing and analyzing standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP is essential. A deep understanding of financial data reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation is also required.

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly. Experience with SDLC or Agile methodologies and proficiency in UAT are key. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R would be a significant advantage. An undergraduate or postgraduate degree is required for this position.
