You will play a key part in assisting Finance organizations to navigate complex challenges and deliver greater business value.

Drive immediate and tangible improvements in client financial operations and performance. Assist clients in overcoming intricate financial challenges and maximizing their business impact. Champion change and transformation by challenging the status quo and presenting well-structured arguments for innovative strategies. Effectively manage end-to-end client engagements and lead project teams to successful outcomes.

We are seeking candidates with 8-12 years of relevant experience, ideally gained through consulting or industry roles, with a preference for post-qualification experience. Professional qualifications such as CA (1st Attempt preferred), MBA from a premier institution, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are highly valued. Demonstrable experience in managing client engagements and leading teams is essential. Excellent academic records for both undergraduate and graduate studies are expected. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and a proactive, independent learning attitude are critical. Familiarity with digital finance technologies is a plus. Willingness to travel is also required.
