As an Associate Director, you will lead large-scale strategy, operating model, and business transformation engagements, with a focus on the Consumer Products and Retail sectors.

Your role will involve driving operating model evaluations and redesigns, spearheading business process reengineering programs, and supporting clients in executing their strategic priorities. You will also manage client interactions, lead executive discussions, develop business cases and transformation plans, and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery and capability growth. Contributing to practice development through proposal writing, thought leadership, and business development is also a key aspect of this role.

We seek candidates with 10-12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally from Big 4 or leading consulting firms.

Mandatory expertise in Business Process Reengineering, complemented by experience in Operating Model Design, Strategy Implementation, Supply Chain, Sales Transformation, Automation, Analytics, or Cost Optimization, is crucial.

An MBA from a Tier-2 IIM or a reputed Tier-2 business school, or a CA/Engineer background, is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to lead major transformation programs, manage senior stakeholders effectively, and achieve measurable business outcomes is essential.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, team leadership, and client relationship management skills are required for this role.
