Seeking seasoned Technology Strategy and Architecture consultants with deep expertise in insurance core transformations (life, non-life, or both). This role demands hands-on experience in driving digital and core transformations for Indian insurance companies, ideally including InsureMO implementation.

Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, excel in stakeholder engagement, and demonstrate proficiency in architecture design and delivery execution within the Indian insurance landscape.

Key duties include designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise and digital architectures, covering business, application, data, and integration domains. You will assess current systems, define future-state architectures, and develop scalable, secure solutions, including InsureMO for core insurance platforms. This role also involves driving embedded finance solutions and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, and enterprise architecture functions.

Translate business objectives into actionable technology solutions with measurable outcomes. Facilitate architecture discussions and governance reviews, fostering strong relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams. Support architecture implementations, providing hands-on expertise throughout the solution lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives and modernization efforts for client and colleague platforms.

We require extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Data Architecture, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-domain environments. A strong understanding of application integration patterns and distributed architectures is essential.

Technical proficiency includes hands-on experience with InsureMO (PAS or middleware) for life or non-life insurance, and expertise in cloud-native and hybrid architectures, including containerized platforms and modern deployment models. Strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills are paramount. You should be adept at problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments, comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Preferred experience includes large-scale enterprise transformation programs, data products, enterprise applications, and integration-heavy ecosystems. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery is highly valued.
