You will also drive client workshops and executive presentations, support digital transformation initiatives within the sector, and lead business development efforts, including proposals and thought leadership. Additionally, you will manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring successful project outcomes. A good understanding of Excel is essential for this role.

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager with a strong communicator profile and proven experience presenting at industry events. The ideal candidate must be adept at managing teams and independently delivering complex projects.

Key qualifications include an MBA from a premier institute and a desirable B.E./B.Tech degree. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in advisory/consulting roles within the Chemicals sector is required. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis is crucial. Experience handling multiple engagements independently and exposure to digital projects are preferred. Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience is necessary, along with a strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and digital transformation.
