Join our team as an Associate Director and spearhead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology initiatives. Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations across modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledgers. Facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions. Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee critical activities including integration, data migration, and testing across modules and with external systems.

Act as the main client liaison for all finance-related functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to business processes, SOX, and audit requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in related fields. Proven expertise in Oracle Financials is essential, including a minimum of 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is required.

A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is necessary. Experience in designing Chart of Accounts, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is expected. Demonstrated success in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this role.
