An Associate Director role focused on EBS Financials within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in Lucknow. Spearhead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger functionalities. Facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders.

Translate intricate business needs into detailed functional specifications and skillfully configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Guide and mentor a team of functional consultants through all project phases, including design, build, testing, and deployment.

Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities across various modules and external systems. Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads. Drive project deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance functional matters, providing expert guidance and support.

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Demonstrable expertise in Oracle Financials, with a minimum of five successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is essential.

A solid grasp of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is required. Proven experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud. Significant experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is expected.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client and team interaction. Candidates must be adept at managing multiple priorities and ensuring compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.
