An Associate Director position is available within the DMS - OEM Platforms team, focusing on Supply Chain & Network Operations. This role is based in Bengaluru and is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

The Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team drives functional excellence and innovation. We are looking for a seasoned PLM Implementation Project Manager to spearhead PLM implementation, migration, upgrade, and support initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise PLM solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading full-cycle PLM projects, such as Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and migrations. You will be accountable for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. This involves developing detailed project plans, WBS, SOW, and resource plans, alongside delivering regular status reports.

Driving requirement gathering, conducting workshops, and facilitating solution discussions with clients are essential. You will collaborate with technical teams on BMIDE configurations, workflows, and integrations, ensuring seamless coordination with CAD, SAP/ERP, MES, and APS systems. The role also encompasses overseeing UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare support, managing both offshore and onshore teams to guarantee high-quality project outcomes and adherence to PLM best practices.

A strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts is crucial, including Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, and Workflow Management.

Proficiency in managing enterprise PLM systems like Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, or Windchill is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading end-to-end PLM implementation projects, managing all aspects from initiation to closure. Excellent stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and team leadership skills are paramount for success in this role.
