You will lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment across business, manufacturing, IT, and implementation partners. We are seeking a strategic leader to establish comprehensive program governance, including reporting, steering committees, and escalation frameworks. You will define clear program objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria, guiding the team towards achieving ambitious goals.

This position offers the opportunity to manage complex project streams such as application development, manufacturing systems, integrations, analytics, and deployments. You will meticulously track progress against scope, timelines, budgets, and quality targets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring successful deployment and widespread adoption of new technologies across plants. You will also be instrumental in driving business readiness, comprehensive training programs, and user adoption initiatives, ensuring operational teams seamlessly integrate with new digital processes.

Lead the complete delivery of Smart Factory transformation programs, establishing robust governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and escalation frameworks.

Drive strategic alignment between business objectives, manufacturing operations, engineering, IT departments, and external implementation partners.

Define precise program objectives, key milestones, performance indicators (KPIs), and critical success criteria.

Oversee diverse project streams, including application development, manufacturing systems implementation, system integrations, data analytics, and technology deployments.

Monitor program progress against scope, timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Proactively identify program risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and drive the resolution of critical issues.

Ensure the successful deployment and widespread adoption of transformed solutions across all relevant plant locations.

Engage effectively with senior leadership, plant stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and manage expectations.

Coordinate closely with system integrators, technology vendors, and consulting firms to ensure seamless execution.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations, or a related field.

A minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience is required, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to managing large-scale transformation programs.

Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is essential.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor, and multi-location programs effectively.
