Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director in Custom Development, focusing on Supply Chain & Network Operations in Delhi. We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and fostering innovation through advanced enterprise technology.

Our ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Manufacturing Systems, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Telemetry/Time-Series Data Platforms, OT-IT Integration, Microsoft .NET, Angular, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud. You will define robust, scalable, and secure technology architectures that seamlessly connect shop-floor systems with enterprise applications, analytics platforms, and cloud environments.

As a Solution Architect, you will define end-to-end architectures for Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing initiatives. This includes designing scalable solutions that integrate Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Enterprise systems, developing comprehensive architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and deployment strategies. You will also establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.

Key responsibilities extend to designing telemetry and time-series data architectures for extensive monitoring needs, architecting real-time data acquisition and analytics platforms, and defining data models for critical metrics like OEE and traceability. You will also enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases through a solid data architecture foundation and lead the integration of various systems including PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, and IoT platforms.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. A minimum of 11+ years of overall experience in software engineering, enterprise applications, or digital manufacturing solutions is required, with at least 5 years specifically in Solution Architecture roles.

Strong experience within Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, MES, or Industry 4.0 environments is essential. Exposure to large-scale, multi-plant digital transformation programs is highly desirable. You will provide technical leadership for application development using .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and ReactJS, guiding teams on Microservices, API architecture, scalability, performance, and security. Designing cloud-native and edge-to-cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, along with conducting architecture reviews and mentoring development teams, will be integral to this role.
