Define and execute the enterprise data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with key business objectives. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms, including data warehouses and data lakes. Lead comprehensive data modernization, migration, and transformation programs. Establish robust data governance, quality, metadata management, security, and compliance standards. Architect seamless data integration solutions, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines. Provide architectural oversight for analytics, AI/ML, and data science initiatives. Drive the adoption of cloud data platforms and modern architectural patterns. Develop and enforce data architecture principles, standards, and best practices. Ensure data platforms meet stringent performance, scalability, and security requirements. Offer technical leadership to data engineering and technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business, product, and technology teams. Lead large-scale enterprise data transformation programs, ensuring successful outcomes.

A minimum of 9-12 years of overall IT experience is required, with at least 5 years specifically in Data Architecture. Demonstrated expertise in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Enterprise Data Management is essential. Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms on AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar. Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Integration techniques. Familiarity with Big Data technologies and distributed data platforms. Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery is expected. A solid understanding of Data Governance, Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality principles. Experience architecting secure and compliant enterprise data solutions is crucial. A track record of successfully leading enterprise-scale data modernization and transformation programs is required. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are vital for this role.
