EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an Associate Director for Communication and Engagement within Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC). This pivotal role shapes and delivers impactful Talent communications, aligning with EY's people strategy. You will partner with senior Talent leaders to translate organizational objectives into compelling narratives that engage employees, foster cultural alignment, and support strategic initiatives.

Define and lead the overarching Talent communications agenda, ensuring alignment with EY GDS people priorities and business strategy. Translate complex Talent strategies and workforce priorities into clear, engaging communication narratives. Identify key moments for communication throughout the employee lifecycle and develop structured, multi-year plans for consistent program delivery.

Spearhead communications for core Talent programs such as performance management, rewards, learning, careers, and wellbeing. Ensure seamless integration of communications across all Talent initiatives to create a unified employee experience. Simplify intricate Talent processes and policies into easily understandable, employee-centric content.

Provide strategic communication advisory to senior Talent leaders, GDS leadership, and program sponsors. Develop leadership narratives, executive messaging, and communication toolkits. Facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops to ensure message consistency and clarity across diverse audiences and geographies.

A strong enterprise mindset is essential, enabling the connection of Talent communications to broader business strategy and workforce objectives. You must possess a proven ability to confidently and credibly influence senior leaders. Experience managing complex, multi-country communication initiatives within matrixed organizations is critical.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of Talent processes including performance, rewards, careers, learning, and employee engagement. Your capacity to translate complex Talent frameworks and policies into clear, practical, and employee-focused communication is key. Experience supporting large-scale Talent transformations or culture programs is highly valued.

Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative development skills across various formats are required. You should excel at simplifying complex topics into structured and engaging communication. Strong executive communication capabilities, including leadership messaging and presentation development, are necessary. Robust project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver across multiple programs are essential. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments and manage competing priorities effectively is a must.
