As an Associate Director, you will spearhead revenue generation and sales targets within Cyber Strategy & Transformation. Your responsibilities include originating, shaping, and closing complex cybersecurity deals, and building a robust sales pipeline for GRC and transformation services. You will lead strategic pursuits, proposal development, and executive presentations, while driving account growth through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

Key duties involve fostering executive relationships with CISO, CIO, and CXO-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on cyber strategy and risk. You will develop tailored solutions, establish a strong market presence, and drive strategic account planning across various industry sectors. Furthermore, you will oversee delivery governance and business outcomes for strategic cybersecurity engagements and enterprise transformation programs, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

We seek an Associate Director with a B.E./B.Tech in a relevant technical discipline, with a Master’s degree being a strong preference. A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy & Transformation, GRC, or Information Security is essential. Demonstrated success in driving business growth, leading strategic consulting engagements, managing executive stakeholders, and delivering enterprise transformation programs is required.

Possession of professional certifications such as CISSP is mandatory, with CISA, CISM, CRISC, or other relevant certifications being highly desirable. Strong leadership, business development, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities within a consulting environment are critical for success in this role.
