Lead the definition and execution of enterprise AWS cloud strategy, aligning with business and technology objectives. Design secure, scalable, and highly available AWS architectures. Spearhead enterprise cloud migration, modernization, and transformation programs. Drive cloud reliability, performance, and operational excellence. Establish robust cloud governance, security, compliance, and best practices. Optimize cloud costs through FinOps and resource management. Champion CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code principles. Lead adoption of cloud-native platforms like Docker and Kubernetes. Provide technical direction and people leadership for cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering teams. Ensure successful delivery of cloud transformation initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.

A minimum of 9-12 years of IT experience, with over 5 years specifically in AWS cloud technologies. Essential skills include deep expertise in EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation. A strong grasp of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, scalability, resilience, and high availability is required. Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code is crucial. Extensive knowledge of CI/CD, automation, DevOps, monitoring, logging, and observability practices is expected.
