We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering leader to spearhead testing strategies, ensure delivery excellence, and drive quality transformation initiatives across various programs and clients. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Agile delivery, and team leadership, with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing QA teams while guaranteeing successful project outcomes.

Define and implement comprehensive Quality Engineering strategies across multiple projects and portfolios. Establish robust testing governance, standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistent quality. Lead significant quality transformation efforts, focusing on automation, shift-left testing, and the adoption of AI-assisted testing solutions. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality metrics and defect data, optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency. Oversee end-to-end testing delivery for large-scale programs within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Manage critical aspects of test planning, estimation, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting. Ensure strict adherence to quality, schedule, and budget commitments for all projects. Proactively identify issues, manage escalations, and drive timely resolutions to mitigate project risks.

This role requires 10-15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering, with a proven track record of leading large QA teams and managing multiple concurrent programs effectively. A strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices is essential. Extensive experience in Test Automation, API Testing, Data Testing, and Performance Testing is required. Expertise in utilizing test management and defect management tools is crucial. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. Experience within enterprise domains such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, or Retail is highly preferred.
