Lead comprehensive Quality Engineering programs, focusing on automation and functional testing. Drive business growth by spearheading RFP responses and developing robust solutions for testing engagements. Oversee the delivery of multi-million dollar projects, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Manage global delivery teams and foster strategic client relationships at the CXO level. Implement cutting-edge automation strategies, incorporating AI/ML technologies.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT consulting is essential, with a deep focus on Quality Engineering, Automation, and Functional Testing. Demonstrated success in leading major transformation programs and managing international delivery teams is required. Proven experience in sales cycles, including RFP participation and solution design for testing services. Strong financial management skills, specifically with portfolios valued in the millions. Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, Tosca, and UFT, alongside advanced AI/ML test automation platforms. A solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, BDD, and CI/CD practices is crucial. Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication abilities are paramount.
