We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Architect to define and drive the quality engineering strategy for AI-driven applications. This position goes beyond traditional QA, emphasizing LLM validation, AI safety, governance, and scalable automation architecture, including integrations with enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will be instrumental in ensuring AI systems are accurate, reliable, safe, and compliant, while establishing enterprise-wide standards for AI quality engineering.

Architect robust end-to-end and API test automation suites, driving high coverage across UI, API, backend, and CMS layers. Build frameworks to validate AI/LLM systems for accuracy, fairness, safety, and edge cases. Define and enforce Responsible AI testing standards, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, enabling test orchestration and parallel execution. Drive performance testing for AI systems and validate performance across various platforms. Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate capabilities.

Requires 13+ years of QA/Automation experience with architect-level expertise. Must have strong proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript, along with proven hands-on experience in AI/LLM testing and scalable automation framework development.

Key skills include API testing (Postman, Rest Assured), BDD (Python/Behave), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). A solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices is essential. Experience with Generative AI systems in production and knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks are highly desirable.
