Seeking a seasoned Associate Director to spearhead strategic transformation initiatives in Assets Under Management (AUM) Operations and Data. This pivotal role involves modernizing AUM operations, capital raise, revenue reporting, and data management for a global asset management firm.

The objective is to transition legacy reporting and ERP-centric processes to an advanced Data Lakehouse platform. This will establish standardized data governance, enable automated reporting, and create a unified source of truth across Finance, Investment Operations, Distribution, and Technology departments.

Ideal candidates will possess a robust blend of asset management domain knowledge, ERP/data transformation expertise, strong stakeholder leadership capabilities, and proven program management skills.

Lead end-to-end AUM reporting for diverse investment vehicles, managing complex roll-forward processes and ensuring accuracy in revenue-to-AUM reconciliations.

Drive the migration of AUM reporting from outdated systems to an enterprise Data Lakehouse, defining target operating models and enterprise data governance standards.

Oversee master and reference data management, ensuring consistency and establishing governance for data lifecycles.

Spearhead the integration of accounting and investment data, including ABOR, IBOR, and market data, to build a unified reporting model.

Collaborate with Technology teams on ERP modernization, defining business requirements and supporting scalable reporting solutions.

Establish robust governance and controls for AUM reporting processes, including certification frameworks and data quality dashboards.

Manage senior stakeholders across various departments and lead steering committees, presenting updates to executive leadership.

Lead large-scale business transformation programs, managing cross-functional teams and driving change management for successful adoption.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CA, CFA, or CPA qualification being highly preferred.

Offer a minimum of 10 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, or Financial Services.

Include at least 5 years of experience leading transformation, ERP, or data modernization initiatives, with a proven track record of managing global stakeholders.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Assets Under Management (AUM), capital raise lifecycle, revenue and investment performance reporting, and various public and private market fund structures.

Exhibit technical proficiency with ERP Platforms, Data Lakehouse architecture, Data Warehousing, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Reporting Automation.

Possess strong working knowledge of Accounting Book of Record (ABOR) and Investment Book of Record (IBOR), alongside expertise in portfolio, fund, and investment accounting, and reconciliation processes.
