As an IT Program Manager, you will spearhead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs, encompassing IT Service Management, infrastructure, applications, and operations. You will orchestrate end-to-end program lifecycles, from initial strategy and planning through execution, transition, and closure.

Key responsibilities include owning program strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery outcomes. You will lead large-scale ITSM transformations, managing critical processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Additionally, you'll drive transformation across IT infrastructure and applications, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and managing diverse technology vendors to ensure contractual and operational objectives are met. Establishing robust governance, overseeing cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior program managers are also vital aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 18 years of extensive experience in IT, technology transformation, program management, or IT operations. A proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise IT programs involving multiple workstreams, technologies, teams, and vendors is essential.

Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation and ITIL-based processes is required, alongside demonstrated experience managing programs across infrastructure, applications, and service operations. You must have proven experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior client leadership. Furthermore, substantial experience in vendor and System Integrator (SI) management, program governance, RAID management, financial management, and the full technology delivery lifecycle is critical. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools is also expected.
