Lead end-to-end enterprise technology programs from inception through to closure, encompassing IT Service Management, infrastructure, applications, and operations.

Drive large-scale ITSM transformations, overseeing processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management. Establish robust program governance, including steering committees and executive reviews, while managing risks, issues, and financials.

Act as a key advisor to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, managing multiple technology vendors and service providers to meet contractual and operational objectives. Ensure clear vendor governance, performance tracking, and SLA management.

Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and service quality enhancement. Lead cross-functional teams, build accountability, and translate complex technology challenges into actionable executive insights. Mentor program and project managers to cultivate a strong leadership culture.

A minimum of 18 years of comprehensive experience in IT, technology transformation, program management, IT operations, or related enterprise technology domains is essential.

Demonstrated success in leading large, complex enterprise-scale IT programs with multiple workstreams, technologies, teams, and vendors is required. Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation and ITIL-based service management processes is critical.

Proven ability to manage programs across infrastructure, applications, and service operations, coupled with extensive experience engaging with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders. Proficiency in vendor and System Integrator (SI) management, including managed services and infrastructure partners, is necessary.

Solid understanding of program governance, PMO functions, RAID management, financial oversight, and resource allocation. Experience in dynamic and ambiguous environments, bringing structure and accountability, is key. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies and relevant tools is expected.
