Collaborate closely with teams to analyze client operations, gather data, and brainstorm innovative solutions for optimal operating models. Assist finance organizations in tackling complex challenges and delivering enhanced business value.

Advise clients and finance executives on strategic initiatives and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making. Improve finance operations efficiency and strengthen stakeholder management through expert guidance.

Possess hands-on modeling experience in Anaplan, particularly focusing on Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar applications. A strong consulting background in Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is essential.

Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and proficient use of MS Excel, including advanced formulas for mock-up development, is required. Candidates should have completed Level 2 Model Builder Certification in Anaplan.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with client teams in client-facing roles, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. Willingness to travel is a key aspect of this role, and the ability to work effectively remotely is also necessary. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.
