Seeking an Associate Director to lead engagements in the Accounting & Reporting Assurance domain. This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on critical financial advisory services.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical accounting, process optimization, and advisory services within the financial sector. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential for success in this position.

Lead client engagements in Accounting Advisory and CFO advisory, covering technical accounting, process and controls, technofunctional advisory, and disruptive events.

Focus on sectors such as Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech Companies.

Prepare proposals, detailed reports, and other necessary documentation.

Manage and mentor a team of 10 or more individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Significant prior experience in leading engagements within the Accounting Advisory/CFO advisory space.

Expertise in technical accounting, process and controls advisory, and technofunctional advisory.

Experience with disruptive events and related accounting treatments.

Demonstrated experience working with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech Companies.

Proficiency in technical accounting literature, IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR, and general industry practices.

Skilled in preparing proposals, detailed reports, and comprehensive documentation.

Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ individuals. Previous work experience with 'Big 6' firms is preferable.
