Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and opportunities. Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and ensure data quality. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models, assisting in creating predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Support the deployment and maintenance of AI/ML solutions in production.

Experiment with Generative AI and LLM use cases, including prompt engineering and RAG. Understand and apply Responsible AI principles for model reliability and bias mitigation.

Create intuitive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools. Present data-driven insights through compelling storytelling and business narratives. Track KPIs and performance reporting.

Partner with business teams to identify data-driven decision-making opportunities. Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data integrity and scalability. Contribute to analytical problem-solving in cross-functional settings.

Document methodologies, experiments, and technical approaches. Present findings and recommendations to internal teams. Stay current with advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science. Adhere to company policies and directives regarding work arrangements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is required. Possess at least 1 year of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning.

Demonstrate proficiency in exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. Possess a strong understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is necessary. Exhibit strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Must have proven analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred experience includes machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), CI/CD, MLOps, and Generative AI concepts.
