Responsibilities

Develop cutting-edge software solutions by deeply understanding information needs, analyzing system flows, data usage, and work processes. Investigate and resolve complex problem areas throughout the software development lifecycle.

Determine operational feasibility by meticulously evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Document and effectively demonstrate solutions through comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code.

Prepare and install solutions by defining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Collaborate actively with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas and create new products. Ensure compliance with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, including those related to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required, specifically a full-time regular B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA from a recognized university.

Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology. Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies is essential. Proficiency in SQL and Shell Scripting is a must.

Experience working within an agile development environment is crucial. Expertise in Big Data technologies such as Spark, Scala, and Hive, coupled with experience in either Azure or AWS cloud platforms, is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are also necessary for success in this role.
