This role focuses on establishing and maintaining an evolving framework for CRM operational excellence across all processes, decision-making, and activities within GDS operations. As an Associate Risk Management Analyst, you will step into a more advanced capacity, supporting the risk management department. Building upon foundational Associate-level skills, you will manage risk management tools, undertake complex tasks in client and engagement acceptance, and actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of risk management processes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and deliver in-depth analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing advanced aspects of risk management tools, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. You will lead the implementation of new system features or updates, collaborating with IT and other relevant teams. Ensuring data integrity within risk management tools through regular audits and corrections is crucial. The role involves conducting detailed reviews of client and engagement documentation to assess potential risks and assisting in refining client and engagement acceptance processes for greater efficiency and compliance.

Further responsibilities include liaising with onshore teams and other departments to resolve client and engagement acceptance issues, and preparing complex reports on risk management activities to identify trends and improvement areas. You will support the development of compliance frameworks, contribute to internal audits, and act as a point of contact for complex queries. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction, participate in cross-functional projects, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management, or a related field, complemented by 1-3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a similar domain. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Experience with risk management tools and systems is highly desirable, as are excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities will be highly valued in this hybrid role.
